PURPOSE: A foot rest of a seat is provided to maintain stable and comfortable posture and reduce passenger's fatigue by suitably resting feet according to the passenger's figure. CONSTITUTION: A foot rest of a seat comprises a leg rest(10). The foot rest is integrally formed to the leg rest and the length of the foot rest is adjusted by a guide unit(50). The guide unit comprises guide plates(20) longitudinally installed on the sides of the leg rest, and supports(30) each installed to the guide plates. Grooves(21) are formed to the guide plates at regular intervals. A ball and a spring for supporting the ball are installed to the guide plate. Holes(31) with size smaller than the ball are formed along the longitudinal direction. A foot board(40) is fastened to the end of the support.
