<p>The heating device is used for heating of residential and public buildings. It has a simplified design and ensures complete and even fuel combustion. The heating device comprises a housing (1), in the upper part of which a main heat-exchangers (2) is fabricated, in the form of a water jacket, divided into two zones: lower including a fireplace (4), and upper, across which the vertical pipes (7) for the hot gases run up. The two zones of the water jacket across which the running down pipes (8) for the hot gases also pass, are interconnected. Above the main heat exchanger (2) a chamber (6) is found, which is closely shut by means of a mobile cover (9). In the lower part of housing (1) a combustion chamber (3) is fabricated in which the fireplace (4) is fitted, to which first pipe (10) for entering fresh air for the combustion is fitted, and under fireplace (4) an ash-tray (5) is fitted. To fireplace (4) a second pipe (11) is connected, joined to a hopper (14) for fuel by a fuel feeding screw (12). driven by a reducer with electric motor (13). In the rear part of housing (1) a delivery chamber (16) for the hot gases is made, which, by means of first pipe (17) is connected to a pre- exchange heater (18) which comprises an inlet chamber (19) for the hot gases, water jacket (20), which by means of third pipes (21) and transition chamber (22) are connected to the outlet chamber (23) for hot gases, to which are fitted a valve (24) and fan (25), which discharges by force the hot gases across an outlet pipe (26). The front and rear parts of heat-exchanger 18 are closely shut by mobile covers (27 and 28), and part of the first transition pipe (17) is connected to the front cover (27), and a hole for the inlet tube (29) for water is formed in the rear cover (28). To the outlet of the main heat-exchanger (2) an outlet pipe (32) for the hot water and an automatic air bleeder valve (33). 1 claim, 5 figures</p> |
