PURPOSE: Provided is vegetable and cereal powder sterilized by ethanol and their granulated grains which are dispersed easily in water to be taken as raw foodstuffs. CONSTITUTION: The sterilization method using 70% ethanol and the granulated raw foodstuffs is prepared by adding 10wt.% of fructose crystals and fructose oligosaccharide together with 25-30wt.% of ethanol(70% ). The processed foods contain granule, tablet and block type fruits, spirulina, chrollela or vegetables. |
