PURPOSE: A method and a system for lending a mobile terminal using the Internet are provided to reduce a cost for constructing an extra network and allow a small hotel, a rent-car company, and an air port to provide the lending service of the mobile terminal by using an Internet network for a lending service business of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication company network(100) for performing a lending service of a mobile terminal is comprised of a charging process unit(110), an HLR(Home Location Register)(130), a router(140), an exchanger(120) of the mobile communication company network(100), and a base station(150). The charging process unit(110) inputs information related to a lending place(200) of the mobile terminal and a lending mobile terminal(220). The charging processor performs an activating and an inactivating process on the inputted lending mobile terminal(220) and transmits call details of a user(300) to a lending processing system(210). The HLR(130) stores information of the lending mobile terminal(220). The router(140) connects the charging process unit(110) to an Internet network(400). The lending processing system(210) is connected with the lending place(200) of the mobile terminal and calculates a call charge with call data of the lending mobile terminal(220) transmitted from the charging process unit(110).
