A preparation composition for nasal administration, characterized by being obtained by dissolving a prostaglandin derivative represented by the formula (I): (I) (wherein X represents halogeno; R<1> represents C3-10 cycloalkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl substituted by C1-4 alkyl, or C4-13 cycloalkylalkyl; R<2> represents hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, or C3-10 cycloalkyl; m is an integer of 0 to 3; and n is an integer of 1 to 4) and a water-soluble saccharide in a solvent and spraying the solution over a water-soluble polymer which is flowing or is being stirred to thereby deposit the prostaglandin derivative represented by the formula (I) to the surface of the water-soluble polymer.
