PURPOSE: A door hinge coupling structure using a positioning square pin is provided to improve the assembling quality of a car door and to intercept the inflow of noise to the indoor. CONSTITUTION: In a door hinge(100) composed of a primary door hinge(110) fixed to an outer side panel of a car body using a fixing bolt and a secondary door hinge(120) coupled to a door hinge(110) and a rotary shaft(130) rotatively and fixed to a door, the door hinge coupling structure using a positioning square pin contains two primary perforated hole(112) formed on a fixative unit(116) of the primary door hinge(110) to fix a fixing bolt, and a secondary through hole(114) formed between the primary perforated hole(112) to fix a square pin functioning as a jig. |
