PROCESS LINE OF LCD AND LCD FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A process line of a liquid crystal display device and a method for fabricating a liquid crystal display device by using the same are provided to separately proceed with liquid crystal dropping and sealant doping processes for first and second substrates for securing the stabilized balance among lines by restraining the time difference among the process lines. CONSTITUTION: A process line of a liquid crystal display device includes a first process line(110) for forming an orientation film on a first substrate and dropping liquid crystal to the substrate after rubbing the orientation film, a second process line for printing a sealant, a third process line(130) for curing the sealant, and a fourth process line(140) for carrying out polishing and cutting of joined substrates. The sealant is printed after forming an orientation film to a second substrate and dotting Ag after rubbing the orientation film. The sealant is cured after joining the first and second substrates. The joined substrates are cut by a panel unit and a test for the panels is carried out.
