PURPOSE: A hood latch assembly of a vehicle is provided to simplify the assembling process of a hood latch and to improve the assembling efficiency by unifying a washer and a bush into one part. CONSTITUTION: In a hood latch assembly, a latch base(10) is fixed on the front face of a vehicle body. An auxiliary latch(12) is rotatably installed in the latch base via a latch pin(11). A washer(14) is installed between the latch base and the auxiliary latch. A spring(13) is interposed in the latch pin. A pin hole(111) of the auxiliary latch has vertical and horizontal diameters different from each other. A combining portion(110) selectively fitted in the pin hole is formed at one side of the washer. A locking recess(112) is formed at one side of the pin hole. A locking protrusion is formed at one side of the combining portion. The locking protrusion is fitted in the locking recess.
