PURPOSE: A household appliance network system is provided to secure the compatibility of the mutual communication of household appliances according to each layer by being operated on the basis of an LnCP(Living network Control Protocol) with 4 layers including a physical layer, a data link layer, an application layer, and an application software layer. CONSTITUTION: A network(10) is constructed for a home networking. Passive-type household appliances(20) are connected to the network(10) and are control objects. Active-type household appliances(30) are operated by an internal installed program. A network management device(40) is operated by a program previously installed for managing the network(10) connected to the passive-type household appliances(20) and the active-type household appliances(30). The network management device(40) has household appliances including an output unit and an input unit.
