PURPOSE: A portable multi-power charger is provided to increase the input level of alternating current and direct current power by using an IPD(Intelligent Power Device) and a chopper. CONSTITUTION: A DC(Direct Current) input unit(10) inputs a DC power. An AC(Alternating current) input unit(12) inputs an AC power. A rectifier(13) rectifies an AC voltage inputted from the AC input unit(12) into a DC voltage. A first filter(14) performs filtering on the rectified voltage. An IPD(15) induces the filtered first side voltage to a second side by using a transformer. A second filter(16) performs filtering on the voltage inputted from the DC input unit(10) or the voltage deserted to the second side of the transformer. A chopper(17) performs DC/DC transformation. A charging circuit(18) charges a battery.
