摘要 PURPOSE: An electrophotographic photoreceptor containing a titanyl oxyphthalocyanine compound and a preparation method of S-phase titanyl oxyphthalocyanine are provided, to improve the sensitivity of a photoconductor to a visible light, a longer wavelength light and a semiconductor laser beam. CONSTITUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a titanyl oxyphthalocyanine compound whose Bragg 2theta main peaks to CuK-α characteristic X-ray with a wavelength of 1.541 Angstrom are shown at least at 9.5±0.2 degree, 11.7±0.2 degree, 15.0±0.2 degree, 23.5±0.2 degree, 24.1±0.2 degree, 26.4±0.2 degree and 27.3±0.2 degree. Preferably the electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive supporter; and a photosensitive layer containing the titanyl oxyphthalocyanine compound, formed on the conductive supporter. The method comprises the step of milling γ-type titanyl oxyphthalocyanine with a binder and a solvent for a binder for a sufficient time. Preferably the binder is a polycarbonate resin or a polyvinyl resin.
