PURPOSE: A holder for mounting an LCD monitor is provided to offer convenience to a passenger by easily controlling the angle of the LCD monitor. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(14) is mounted between a headrest arm and the back of a seat, and has long holes(11,12) through which the headrest arm pierces. A stand body(15) is mounted at the top of the bracket. An L-shaped supporter(19) is rotatably coupled to the stand body, and has a long hole(18) for varying the position of a fixing bolt(17) detachably fixing an LCD monitor. A universal joint(20) is interposed between the stand body and the supporter, and rotates the supporter.
