PURPOSE: Provided are a special feed for local chickens and boiled chicken using local chicken fed with the special feed. Therefore, the chicken fed with the special feed has immunity to various diseases and low cholesterol, anti-cancer activity and the effect of inflammation treatment. CONSTITUTION: The special feed comprises 700g of rice bran, 300g of rice powder, 1g of lactic acid bacterial, 100mg of L. phellinus linteus and 20kg of general feed without an anti-bacterial agent. The present set of local chickens comprises one local chicken fed with the special feed, 300g of glutinous rice and 10g of L. phellinus linteus and 3 pieces of magnificus. The method of making boiled chicken comprises: a first heating step of boiling 10g of L. phellinus linteus and 3 pieces of magnificus with water for 1 hour; a second heating step of boiling the chicken fed with the special feed, with chestnut and jujube in the boiled soup(from the first step); and a third heating step of boiling chicken red pepper, onion, black pepper, sesame seeds and wine in the above soup after taking out the chicken.
