The process for coating metal surfaces with films made of anionic-polyamide 6 as powder by means of a carrying layer is characterized in that a ratio of 40 g zinc sulphate and 60 g natrium lignosulphonate to 1 litre of water are dissolved in industrial water, in a metal tank, and after a barbotage operation in a pressurized air drying chamber, for about 10 s, the parts to be coated are submerged for 20 min by hooking them on the supports of the tank. After 20 min, the parts are put on the tank grate, for allowing the excess of solution to drop out from the parts which are then subjected to the known process of coating with anionic-polyamide 6 as powder, in fluidized bed. The claimed process is applicable in coatings with anionic-polyamide 6in fluidized bed, on objects in which the aesthetic appearance and the corrosion protection are intended, and especially on friction coupling - parts, thereby achieving advantages such as: very good adherence of the polyamide film on the part surfac e, low costs, easiness of solution preparation and of providing components.
