The invention relates to an installation for disinfecting and keeping in a sterile atmosphere e.g. medical instruments or soft material within a microbiology laboratory or for disinfecting plates and dishes in restaurants or similar. According to the invention, the installation comprises a metal housing (1) closed by a lid (10) wherein some UV-C radiation generators (2) and an ozone generator (6) are placed in the upper part, the objects to be disinfected being placed inside several plastic pipes (4 and 8), the power supply of all generators (2 and 6) is controlled from an electric switch (12).
