FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed colter opener contains disks with fitted on retarders, furrow closing hoes and furrow colter opener drag-bar with fitted on spring. Retarders are made in form of ball belt. Each retarder is mated with disk through equally spaced pins fitted in stepped slots of disk. Through holes of diameter equal to size across bar are made in diametric plane of retarder ball layer. EFFECT: provision of embedding of seeds at preset depth. 2 cl, 4 dwg
