FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, device for preparation of washing solutions and their delivery to the surgery field in the empyema foci or abdominal cavity at a diffuse purulent peritonitis. SUBSTANCE: the device has a spherical vessel provided with a cover with an agitator built in it, heater, thermometer, cooling jacket, compressor linked with a pressure line through a biological filter and a safety valve, with the upper section of the vessel, and a drain pipe turning into a U-pipe - with the lower section of the vessel and an irrigoaspirator made for joining to the drain pipe. The air dehumidifier and the ozone generator discharger are installed on the air supply pipe-line communicating with the U-pipe, and an ozone-absorbing cartridge is provided at the outlet of the safety valve. EFFECT: expanded process potentialities due to preparation of not only saline physiological solution but also of ozone- containing solutions not having allergic aftereffects. 4 cl, 1 dwg
