SUBSTANCE: method involves providing hydraulic cooling of fruit and vegetable with saturated aqueous solution of preparation produced from Mortierella parvispora micromycet biomass, with following laying in temperature-controlled store. EFFECT: reduced corrosive wear of equipment and reliable storage of fruit and vegetable. |
