METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING OZONIZER USING OLIVE OIL AS BASE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: Provided are a method and apparatus for manufacturing an ozonizer using olive oil as a base material. The ozonizer having strong oxidation property is manufactured by reacting high concentration of ozone with olive oil to form chemical bond. Therefore, it has strong sterilizing effect and extended storage. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing an ozonizer is characterized by containing a reaction tank where olive oil and ozone react together; a venturi injector where ozone gas is dispersed in the olive oil; a static mixer which transfers the ozone gas and olive oil from the venturi injector to the reaction tank; a cooling tank which cools heat generated from the reaction of the ozone gas and olive oil; a storage tank; and an ozone decomposer which decomposes remaining ozone gas.
