The members 6, 61, Fig. 4, may be rigid with members 11, 111 to form bell cranks joined by a linkage 10. The tool 2, Fig. 5, may be connected to a C-shaped member 3 articulated at 5, 51 to levers 6, 61 mounted on driven eccentrics 9, 91 and having arms 11, 11 1 interconnected by a linkage 10. In another embodiment, the levers 6, 61, Fig. 6, have arms 11, 111 connected by rods 14, 141 to a lever 15 having a fulcrum 16.
