1. Oligosaccharides of formula (I): in which n is an integer from 0 to 25; R1, R3, R4 and R5, identical or different, are a hydrogen atom or a SO3M radical; R2 and R6, identical or different, are a hydrogen atom or a SO3M or COCH3 radical, and M is sodium, calcium, magnesium or potassium, oligosaccharides mixtures and their diastereoisomeres. 2. Oligosaccharides of formula I according to claim 1, in which R4 is a hydrogen atom, oligosaccharides mixture and their diastereoisomeres. 3. Oligosaccharides of formula I according to claim 1 or 2, in which n is an integer from 0 to 10, oligosaccharides mixture and their diastereoisomeres. 4. Oligosaccharides of formula I according to claim 1 or 2, in which n is an integer from 0 to 6, oligosaccharides mixture and their diastereoisomeres. 5. Oligosaccharides of formula I according to claim 1 or 2, in which n is an integer from 1 to 10, oligosaccharides mixture and their diastereoisomeres. 6. A method for preparing oligosaccharides of formula I according to claim 1, characterized in that alkali metals or quaternary ammonium hydroxyde is added for reacting with oligosaccharides of formula I according to claim 1: in which n is an integer from 0 to 25; R1, R3, R4 and R5, identical or different, are a hydrogen atom or a SO3M radical; R2 and R6, identical or different, are a hydrogen atom or a SO3M or COCH3 radical, and M is sodium, calcium, magnesium or potassium, and isolate oligosaccharides mixtures and their diastereoisomeres. 7. The method according to claim 6, characterized in that the reaction is carried out in aqueous medium at 40 to 80 degree C and pH from 10 to 13. 8. The method according to one of claims 6 or 7, characterized in that 1-5% aqueous solution of alkali metals or quaternary ammonium hydroxyde is used. 9. The method according to one of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the reaction is carried out at 60 to 70 degree C. 10. The method according to one of claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the pH of the reaction medium is from 11 to 12,5. 11. The method according to claims 6 to 10, characterized in that the alkali metals or quaternary ammonium hydroxyde is sodium, potassium, lithium, cesium and tetrabutylammonium hydroxyde. 12. A pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one oligosaccharide according to claim 1 as an active principle. 13. A pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one oligosaccharide according to one of claims 1-5 as an active principle. 14. Use oligosaccharides of formula (I) according to one of claims 1-5 for preparing a medicament suitable for preventing or treating diseases associated with inflammatory process, at which nitrous oxide (NO) is produced. 15. Use oligosaccharides of formula (I) according to claims 1-14 for preparing a medicament suitable for preventing or treating cerebral, cardiac, or peripheral vascular ischemias, osteoarthritis, traumas of the central nervous system, cranium, spinal and or cranium-spinal traumas, disseminated sclerosis, neuropathic pains and peripheral neuropathies, motor neuron diseases, lateral amyotrophic sclerosis, neuro-AIDS, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea.
