Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the piezoelectric transducers are arranged with a turn relative to each other at an angle ranging from 0 to +-180 deg. 3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the straps do not go beyond the cylinder generatrix outlined round the radiator body, and their working surface is made flat or convex, or concave. 4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the body in which the piezoelectric transducers are placed is made of mend in the form of a cylinder or polyhedral parallelepiped. 5. Device according to claims 1, 4, characterized in that the body is made with sealing units in the form of gland arrangements. 6. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the piezoceramic washers are installed prestressed.
