The device has a compressor impeller wheel on a common shaft with a turbine impeller wheel, a combustion chamber with closable control guide baffles and control wheel channels connected to a circulated air chamber. Combustion chamber charging, fuel combustion and expansion and flushing of the chamber involve opening and closing the control guide baffles. The circulated air chamber is connected to the compressor and turbine during all phases. The device consists of a compressor impeller wheel (1) on a common shaft (14) with a turbine impeller wheel (12), a combustion chamber (6) with closable control guide baffles (3.1,3.2) with associated control wheel channels (10) connected to the circulated air chamber (4) enclosing the combustion chamber. Charging of the combustion chamber, fuel combustion and expansion and flushing of the combustion chamber take place by opening and closing the control guide baffles to adjust the flow profiles. The circulated air chamber is connected to the compressor and turbine during all phases.
