Sealing strip for the edges of glass or acrylic glass sheets in showers has a flexible sealing lip (07). This is attached to a mounting section (02) with a U-shaped cross-section. Collars (05, 06) are mounted on the tops of the arms (03, 04) of the U. These are made from a material which is softer than that of the arms.
