PURPOSE: A method for recycling air cleaner filter paper as solid fuel is provided to manufacture the filter paper into the solid fuel so as to solve pollution problem caused by disuse of the air cleaner filter paper containing large quantities of harmful contaminants. CONSTITUTION: In a filter paper(10) which has a certain strength by mixing pulp with additives, and in which fine dust and heavy metals are captured, the method for recycling air cleaner filter paper as solid fuel comprises filter paper pulp stabilizing step of decomposing pulp, aqueous additives and harmful substances collected and accumulated in the pulp by dipping the filter paper recovered from air cleaner unit(1) into water containing an emulsifier contained in a decomposition tank(20) for a certain period of time; pulverizing step of pulverizing the pulp into fine powder(11) using a pulverizer(30) when filter paper pulp and harmful and aqueous substances contained in the pulp are completely decomposed; compression molding step of molding filter paper pulp raw material in a certain shape by putting dry strength agent into the pulverized pulp powder(11) and compressing the mixture through a compression molding machine(40); and cutting and drying step of drying the cut filter paper pulp raw material after cutting the compression molded filter paper pulp raw material to a certain size, wherein the air cleaner filter paper is reproduced as profile(50) in the solid state.
