<p>A polarization plate with an optical compensation layer, having excellent peeling characteristics and being easily re-adherable after the plate is mounted in an image display apparatus. Adhesive layers complying with the following condition (I) are formed on both sides of an optical compensation layer, and, additionally, a polarization plate is laid on one of the adhesive layers. Condition (I): Let one of the adhesive layers, adhering the optical compensation layer and the polarization plate, be an adhesive layer (A), and the other adhesive layer an adhesive layer (B) adhered to a glass plate. Adhesive force of the adhesive layer (A) adhering the optical compensation layer and the polarization plate is more than 12 N/25 mm, and adhesive force of the adhesive layer (B) adhering the optical compensation layer and the glass plate is from 1 to 10 N/25 mm.</p> |
