PURPOSE: A digital door lock system is provided to enhance a management function and the security by using an RF card reader and a communication device connected to a home security system. CONSTITUTION: A digital door lock system includes an outside tag reader(315), an inside tag reader(325), the first communication unit(331), a door lock controller(345), a display(310), a door lock driving unit(320), and a power supply(340). The outside tag reader(315) and the inside tag reader(325) are installed at an outside front panel and an inside front panel to read the authentication information. The first communication unit(331) receives or transmits data from or to a home security system. The door lock controller(345) transmits the authentication information to the home security system through the first communication unit(331) or receives a sensor operation signal and a door switching signal from the home security system through the first communication unit(331). The display(310) displays an operating state of a sensor and a locking state of a door according to a display control signal of the door lock controller(345). The door lock driving unit(320) drives a door locking device according to the door switching signal of the door lock controller(345). The power supply(340) is used for supplying the power to each component of the digital door lock system.
