PURPOSE: A doughnut fryer is provided to continuously produce doughnut of a uniform quality while not occupying a large area in a small-sized bakery shop. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular oil tank having a predetermined length and width and manufactured from a sheet material is disposed and fastened to the top surface of a base table(2) having a predetermined height and area. An electric heater(11) connected with a condenser box(12) is buried in the bottom surface of the oil tank. The electric heater(11) is connected to the condenser box(12) to be turned on and off by a switch(13) having a temperature control function. The shaft(15) of a servo motor is connected to the front end of the condenser box(12) side. A plurality of wings are radially protruded on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft(15) and are connected to a front upper side where the wings are positioned so that they are eccentric to the X-distance of a cam shaft by the cam shaft of another motor(14a) connected and fixed to a post(20). A flour dough(30) is disposed in contact with an upper side of the post(20) and to a front lower side of the motor(14a). A static motor(40) with a timer is mounted to the position where the servo motor is placed and temporally controls a rotation speed.
