PURPOSE: A system and a method for previously examining a probability of the card issuance using the Internet are provided to process the probability of the card issuance before entering various procedures for the card issuance when a user requests the card issuance. CONSTITUTION: A card request computer(100) requests the previous examination for the card issuance to a card company computer(400) by connecting to a site having a card issuance request program through the Internet. A web server(200) approves the connection of an applicant. A card application database(300) offers the ID confirmation of the applicant. The card company computer opens an application folder in order to make the applicant connect to the site having an examination request transfer program. A server approves the connection of the applicant information. A credit information database(600) evaluates and stores the credit transaction contents of an individual or enterprises, and offers a credit state when the applicant requests the card issuance.
