<p>Disclosed is a seat belt for a car, which allows a police officer or a person positioned outside a vehicle to easily check whether the seat belt is fastened or not while a vehicle driven, so that enforcement of seat belt laws and implementation of seat belt publicity campaigns become easier and more effective. The seat belt comprises a belt which is retractably rolled around a spool, passes through a hole provided in a fixing member fixed to an upper portion of a car, is coupled to a retaining ring fixed to a lower portion of the car at an end thereof, and a tongue to enter into a buckle installed to a side of a seat so as for the belt to be fastened, wherein, colored areas and fluorescent or nightglow areas are alternatively formed on a surface of the belt.</p> |
