FCD SYSTEM AND DEVICE USING BEACON

An FCD system capable of efficiently collecting the running path data of a vehicle by using the features of a beacon and analyzing detailed traffic conditions. The system for collecting running path data from an on-vehicle machine by means of beacons, wherein a downstream-side beacon (20) collects running path data, the running distance from an upstream-side beacon (10) to the downstream-side beacon (10) is determined based the running path data, and this running distance is compared with the distance of the corresponding road from the upstream-side beacon (10) to the downstream-side beacon (20) to judge whether or not to use the running path data of the vehicle for analyzing the traffic conditions of the corresponding road, whereby high-accuracy information can be obtained by efficiently collecting the running path data of a vehicle by means of beacons.
