PURPOSE: A displaying unit for representing an existence of a person is provided to allow people to rapidly recognize the existence of the person in a room from the outside of the room. CONSTITUTION: A door(13) is mounted on a door frame(12) in such a manner that the door(13) is locked by a locker(16) formed in a lever(14). A detecting device(20) is provided to detect an advance state of a dead bolt(17) caused by the locker(16). A substrate(36) is connected to the detecting device(20). The substrate(36) is installed in a case(30). A display device operates an LED(34) formed at an outer portion of the case(30). The detecting device(20) has a pair of magnets fixedly formed on a latch bolt(18) and lead switches fixed in a position corresponding to the magnets.
