PURPOSE: Provided is a food freshness displayer, which is attached to a food-packing material or is present as a separate kit in order to observe the food quality with the naked eyes and to judge whether the food is edible or not. CONSTITUTION: The food freshness displayer comprises a hole(10) through which the ions and solvent in the food changed according to the food quality are passed to contact a pH-sensitive polymer material; a semipermeable membrane member(20) which permits the ions and solvent to pass the hole(10); a pH-sensitive polymer material packing layer(30) which is ionized or deionized by the ions and solvent and carries out the transparent/opaque phase transformation; and a transparent film member(40) formed on the outside of the packing layer(30) in order to observe the phase transformation with the naked eyes. |
