A hair implanting method, comprising the steps of spraying one-liquid coating including urethane emulsion onto a base material and, within 3 minutes after the spraying of the one-liquid coating, spraying piles of 0.3 to 0.8d in thickness with a control width of ± 0.1d and 0.3 to 0.6 mm in length with a control width of ± 0.1 mm on the surface of the one-liquid coating with an electrostatic spray gun having a carrying air pressure higher than a spraying pressure at a rate of 30 to 60 g/min, whereby a hair-implanted product having excellent touch feeling and excellent visual feeling can be provided by comprehensively determining adhesive coating, pile spraying timing, spraying amount, and spraying device used.
