PURPOSE: A selective video call method for a mobile communication terminal is provided to automatically control a camera and prevent that an image of a user is outputted to a caller who is different from callee information stored in database. CONSTITUTION: If a call alert is received(S21), a mobile communication terminal reads a caller ID(S22). The mobile communication terminal compares the read caller ID with contents stored in image screen blocking database(S23). The mobile communication terminal judges whether the read caller ID is a caller ID stored in the image screen blocking database(S24). If the read caller ID is the caller ID stored in the image screen blocking database, the mobile communication terminal sets a call(S25) and automatically blocks the input of a camera so that an image of a user is not transmitted to a caller(S26). The user speaks with the caller over the mobile communication terminal(S27).
