<p>Method and device for separating pieces from a strand (25), for this purpose the strand is accommodated in a space delimited by three rotary rollers (2-4). At least one of said rollers is provided with a screw rib that also serves as cutting rib (30). The rollers are at a slight angle to one another, as a result of which the space is of tapered construction. The rollers are accommodated in a common support and this support is mounted such that it can likewise rotate about the common axis of the three rollers.</p> |
