The device is assembled of a dialyzer (4) divided in a fluid duct and a blood duct (3) by a membrane (5), a sterile filter (6) divided by a membrane (7) into a fluid chamber (8) and a dialyzing chamber (9) and three valves (13, 14, 19) positioned before (19), behind (14) and between (13) the units (4, 6). When all valves (13, 14, 19) are closed simultaneously a pressure is created in the system resulting in an automatic cleaning of the sterile filter (6).
