PURPOSE: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising sulfonamidobenzene derivatives to effectively inhibit the activity of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP 1B). Therefore, the composition is used as a PTP 1B inhibitor, or a prevention or treatment agent for obesity or diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition, which effectively inhibits the activity of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP 1B), is characterized by comprising sulfonamidobenzene derivatives, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate or isomer. It is used for prevention and treatment of diabetes and obesity.
