PURPOSE: A concrete grinder is provided to grind the surface with a plurality of grinding pieces by the rotation of the rotating plate and collect dusts generated from the grinding operation. CONSTITUTION: A concrete grinder is composed of a main portion(10) having a main body(11), a cover(12), a handle(13), and a moving carrier; a driving unit(20) having a driving motor(22) at a fixed bracket(21) on the cover, a rotating unit(30) forming a grinding gear(32) engaged with the driving unit in the main body and a rotating plate(34) engaged with the gear via an engaging plate(33), a grinding unit(40) having a plurality of grinder pieces(42) having grinding pieces(41) and damping springs(45) at the rotating plate, and a dust collecting unit(50) forming a shielding film(51) and a corrugated part(52) to prevent the dusts from the grinding operation from passing out.
