SINGLE DIRECTIONAL THIN/MICRO CONDENSER MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY, ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF, AND SINGLE TYPE PHASE DELAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A single directional thin/micro condenser microphone assembly, an assembling method thereof, and a single type phase delay device are provided to enhance the quality and the productivity by modifying partially a structure of the condenser microphone assembly. CONSTITUTION: A single directional thin/micro condenser microphone assembly includes a case(101), a vibration plate(103), a dielectric plate(105), a single type phase delay device(106), a base ring(107), and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(109). The case(101) includes a plurality of inflow holes(101a). The vibration plate(103) is installed on the case(101) and vibrated by sound waves. The dielectric plate(105) is installed at a predetermined position apart from the vibration plate(103). The single type phase delay device(106) is used for supporting the dielectric plate(105) and regenerating only the sound waves of the predetermined direction. The base ring(107) is adhered to an inner wall of the case(101). The PCB(109) is electrically connected to the single type phase delay device(106). A back chamber is formed between the PCB(109) and the single type phase delay device(106). A predetermined gap is formed between the single type phase delay device(106) and the base ring(107).
