PURPOSE: A method for transmitting broadcast service data in a high-speed data transmission system is provided to efficiently assign sources and offer a broadcast service. CONSTITUTION: A scheduler judges whether a current position is the transmission position of a synchronous packet(10). If the current position is not the transmission position of the synchronous packet, the scheduler calculates the number of slots capable of transmission(30). The scheduler judges whether the current position is the transmission position of a broadcast packet(40). If the current position is the transmission position of the broadcast packet, the scheduler judges whether a broadcast transmission data packet exists(50). If the broadcast transmission data packet exists, the scheduler transmits broadcast data(60).
