SOLID STATE FERMENTER OF MUSHROOM OR MICROORGANISM, COUPLED WITH ASEPTIC PACKING MACHINE AND FERMENTATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solid state fermenter of mushrooms or microorganisms, coupled with aseptic packing machine and a fermentation method thereof are provided, thereby accomplishing sterilization, aseptic inoculation and discharge, and aseptic cultivation of mushrooms or microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A solid state fermenter(10) of mushrooms or microorganisms, coupled with aseptic packing machine comprises an agitation member(62) rotated by a motor(60) within the fermenter(10); a steam and air supplying portion for sterilization; upper and lower aseptic chambers(22)(85); a seed inoculating tool(25) and a medium discharging tool being installed in the upper and lower aseptic chambers(22)(85); a sterilized air distributing pipe(50) longitudinally positioned under the fermenter(10); and an automatic packing machine(90) under the lower aseptic chamber(85).
