<p>An image processing device processes color image data containing color data on a plurality of different color components. The image processing device includes initial color image input means, color separation means for separating colors of the input initial color image data and generating single color image data consisting of color data on one color component among the different color components constituting the initial color image data, the number of the single color image data being equal to or more than the aforementioned plurality (of different color components), means for performing a predetermined processing to the single color image data to generate secondary image data, and means for outputting the secondary image data. The single color image data contains at least one single color image data corresponding to each of the plurality of different color components and the total number of data points of the single image data is equal to the number of data points of the initial image data.</p> |
