<p>A fountain pen-shaped magnifier that can be carried in daily life and always available in a clear condition without dust. In use, the magnifier does not require bothering operation such as removing of a case. The magnifier is formed with a combination of a shaft body and a head body, where the combination is similar to that of a shaft and cap of a fountain pen. A pair of see-through elongate holes is provided in the shaft body along its length direction. A hollow-cylinder body with a pair of see-through elongate holes that matches the see-through elongate holes of the shaft body and a lens body including a pair of lenses that matches the see-through elongate holes of the hollow-cylinder body are provided in the shaft body in a manner swingable with respect to the shaft body. A state where a lens section matches the see-through elongate holes of the shaft body and a state where the see-through elongate holes of the shaft body is closed by non see-through elongate hole sections can be switched by applying a twist of 90 degrees between the shaft body and the head body.</p> |
