<p>The power plant is divided into a compressor, several combustion chambers, a gas generating stage and a power stage. The power plant is enclosed by a cooled casing, the compressor is directly coupled to the gas generating stage, and power stage is free wheeling. The compressor, gas generating stage and power stage each have a screw rotor pair (6,7,8). Control transmissions drive the screw rotor pairs and consequently the screw rotor pairs run contactless and form a narrow labyrinth sealing gap.</p> |
