PURPOSE: A sea fishing site using an artificial fishing bank and a set net is provided for fisherman to enjoy the fishing freely in the most natural fishing site. CONSTITUTION: The sea fishing site(4) using the artificial fishing bank and the set net comprises a support bar(8) hammered in a spot spaced constantly from the curved edge of an island(2); a set net(6) connecting the support bar(8) to the island(2); a seaweed aquaculture stand(10) spaced constantly on the sea surface inside the set net(6); a group of scrapped ships(12) sunk between the seaweed aquaculture stands(10); and a fishing structure(14) composed of a fishing boat or seat on the sea surface at a right angle above the ships.
