PURPOSE: Provided is a kimchi ingredient product consisting of a main ingredient such as salted chinese cabbage, a radish, a cucumber or the like and a side ingredient such as radish tops, green onion, garlic or the like in which they are separately packed. CONSTITUTION: Chinese cabbage, a radish, a cucumber or the like is preserved with salt and then packed to give main ingredients of kimchi. Radish tops, a green onion, garlic, salt, hot pepper powder, glutinous rice paste, pickled seafood juice or the like is mixed and then packed to give side ingredients of kimchi. Those kimchi ingredients are separately packed.
