PURPOSE: A service system for making the customized level learning materials by an order of a learner is provided to learn material of the desired contents and style from the education contents offered from an Internet communication training organization. CONSTITUTION: A web server(410) enables the learner to select a frame of the education contents offered through the Internet. A customized learning material management server(420) stores the frame requested from the learner in the fourth database(438) by matching with an ID of the learner. The first database(432) stores the requested frame processed by the customized learning material management server. The second database(434) stores the history of the learner. The third database(436) stores the education contents. The web server offers the education contents stored in the third database to a leaner terminal offering the information fit to the second database.
