PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane module are provided to improve strength of the hollow fiber membrane, extend service life of the hollow fiber membrane, obtain merits of double filtration, continuously maintain filtering function even when outer filtering layer is peeled off and obtain cost reduction effect. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a hollow pipe(10) vertically formed; a weaving part(20) which is positioned on an upper part of the hollow pipe(10), and at which a loom(21) is installed; weaving cones(30) at least three or more of which are radially positioned on an upper surface of the loom(21), and on which solid yarn(31) is wound; and a spinneret(40) oppositely directed to the weaving part(20) and installed at a lower part of the hollow pipe(10), wherein the hollow pipe(10) comprises an inner coating solution inlet(11) formed at one end of an upper part of the hollow pipe(10), and spinning undiluted solution discharge holes circumferentially formed on a lower part of the hollow pipe(10) correspondingly to the inner coating solution inlet(11), and wherein the spinneret(40) comprises an inserting part(41) formed in such a way that the hollow pipe(10) is penetrated into the inserting part(41), a space part(43) connected to the inserting part(41) and formed inside the spinneret(40), and an outer coating solution inlet(45) connected to the space part(43) and formed on an outer part of the spinneret(40).
