PURPOSE: A torque transfer device using a permanent magnet is provided to amplify the intensity of the torque by forming a stator and a rotor with permanent magnets having the same polarity. CONSTITUTION: A torque transfer device using a permanent magnet includes a stator(1) and a rotor(2). The stator and the rotor are formed with permanent magnets. A cylindrical permanent magnet of the stator(1) and a bar-shaped permanent magnet of the rotor(2) have the same polarity to maintain the mutual repulsive force. The bar-shaped permanent magnet of the rotor(2) is adhered to an eccentric axis(4). The eccentric axis(4) is installed at a predetermined position apart from each center of a driving shaft(3) and a driven shaft(7). The eccentric axis(4) revolves according to the rotation of the driving shaft(3).
